Of Course

Carter has a nice, cozy play area in our basement with LOTS of activities, toys, books, puzzles...you get the picture. Plenty to entertain him and endless options for play. {don't worry, he doesn't use the exersaucer anymore, that was out for a friend!}

Carter, however, would rather play in the bookcase that we recently emptied because we replaced it. He loves taking the pegs that held up the shelves out of the holes and putting them back. I promise you, he was entertained for a good 30 minutes with this!

Doesn't taste so good, though.

All into it.

Just think of all the money I can save on toys!

It always amazes me what the kids like to play with! Glad to hear Carter is feeling better!

Sadly, that's how it always is!

His fine motor skills are suburb. I have noted that before but this goes a step further.

Stay warm - if you can.
Love to all

Glad to see the little man up and at 'em again! Looks like he's having fun entertaining himself. Hope y'all are staying warm and toasty!

Love y'all!

:) that is so funny. They are amused by the smallest things. The latest small thing for Avi has been playing with ALL of her spoons and a bowl at one time! And, it's funny that you put the note about the exersaucer...that was the first thing I noticed when I looked at the picture!!

Isn't that always the case? Just buy some boxes or other items you don't want them playing with, and that is exactly what they want! At least he isn't pulling the spices out of the spice rack like mine used to do!! :)
